Arancini are fried rice balls coated with breadcrumbs, said to have originated in Sicily in the 10th century. The name derives from the food's shape and colour, which is reminiscent of an orange (the Italian word for orange is arancia, and arancina means "little orange").

Cooking InstructionsRemove the arancini from its packaging, place into an oven-proof dish and cook in an oven at medium temperature for 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, heat in the microwave for up to 2 minutes at a medium setting.
