Focaccia Barese is a traditional Italian recipe from the Puglia region for a classic yeasted dimpled bread. The dough contains potatoes and is partially made with hard wheat flour. It is finished by inserting halved cherry tomatoes, black olives and is sprinkled with Italian oregano. The tray is 35x25 cm, makes 30 individual pieces.
