Luganica (or Lucanica) are delicious Italian sausages, freshly made to order in London from 100% British pork in a natural casing. They are available in a wide variety of flavours from Pepper to Mint, Sundried tomato and scamorza. They are long, windy sausages that are narrower than their Napoli counterpart and can be enjoyed on their own or cut up and moulded into small meatballs for a sauce or broth.

Standard Ingredients

Pork Meat, Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, Ground Cinnamon, Nutmeg Powder, Ground Cloves, Garlic Powder, Natural Colour, Sodium Nitrate, Ascorbic Acid

Additional Ingredients (depending on flavour selected)

Extra Pepper, Chilli, Fennel, Chianti Red Wine, Mint, Sundried Tomatoes and Scamorza (Milk)


Keep refrigerated between 0 and 4 degrees Celsius

20 days shelf life

Once opened, consume within 2 days
