Made from the milk of cows and sheep in the Piedmont region of northern Italy, Robiola Bosina is a delightful round of mild, creamy goodness.
It's different than the most known Italian robiolas (e.g. Osella, Nonno Nanni).
With perfectly balanced flavours of mushroom yet salty and sweet, Bosina is perfect with crusty bread and a glass of sparkling wine or prosecco.
