Chocolate and Hazelnut Cantuccini Pan Ducale are a traditional italian crunchy cantuccini made with whole wheat flour, hazelnuts and chocolate chips. No preservatives.
Cantucci are traditional toasted biscuits that can be enjoyed all year round and are traditionally served to accompany an espresso, a cappuccino or a tea. They can also be enjoyed with Vinsanto and other dessert wines at the end of a meal.
Pan Ducale has produced these biscuits following a traditional family recipe since 1966. They are baked in the shape of a French loaf then cut into thin slices and baked again until golden brown and crunchy.
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, raw cane sugar, pasteurised fresh eggs, hazelnuts, dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), butter (cow's milk), cocoa, honey, salt, raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate), natural flavourings.
