Alta Langa has been producing artisan cheeses since 1992. Located in the Alta Langa Bosia, between Alba and Cortemilia, it takes a prominent place within the Piedmontese region famed for its wine and cheeses.
Alta Langa produces its range of cheeses using local recipes and milk from regional animals. It prides itself on manufacturing cheeses without the addition of preservatives, colourings or additives – and we love them for that.
Recipient of numerous awards including a super gold at the World Cheese Awards for the wonderful La Tur, we’re delighted to make their cheeses available to the UK market.
