Cake mix for a delicious Panna Cotta with Caramel, to create a dessert with a refined and unmistakable taste.
Method: Boil 200ml of cream and 300ml of milk in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat, add the contents of the large bag, stirring well. Boil again over high heat for 2 minutes, continuing to stir. Pour the cream into the mold and allow to cool. Place in the fridge for 4 hours. Decorate with caramel.
Store the product ready for consumption in the fridge.
Ingredients: Mix for panna cotta: sugar, food gelatin, starch, stabilizer (xanthan gum); gelling agent (carrageenan, aromas). Caramelized: caramelized sugars, glucose syrup.
