Linguine belong to the long pasta range from Barilla. They are shaped like flattened spaghetti resembling a tongue or "lingua". They are prepared using only the best durum wheat and water. Due to their flattened, slightly convex shape, linguine are one of the better long cut pastas at enhancing sauce flavours.
