Established in the early fifties, Ca' Bianca sets out to make the most of the best attributes of the typical vine variety of the area, the Berbera, which here adopts the denomination Berbera d’Asti doc. Besides Barbera it also offers a selection of the best wines of its region such as Moscato d'Asti, Dolcetto d'Acqui, Brachetto d'Acqui, Gavi, Barolo. In keeping with its mission as a young and dynamic cellar, as well as the classic offer it enriches the range with modern wines, such as Langhe Nebbiolo and Roero Arneis. THe Ca’Bianca Barolo is made from 100% Nebbiolo of two types: Làmpia and Michét, from vineyards situated on the hills of La Morra, one of the best zones of production.
Tasting Notes: Ca’Bianca Barolo is bright garnet in color. On the nose it has an elegant bouquet with hints of violets, spices and ripe red fruit. On the palate the red fruit and spices fill the mouth giving a full bodied mouthfeel with soft tannins that impart a pleasant velvety sensations.
