Pane Guttiau is a traditional flat-bread from Sardinia. Very similar to the better known Carasau, this bread is enriched with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Pane Guttiau thus becomes an irresistible aperitif, delicious at the table, and the perfect accompaniment to soups and velvety dishes.
