The piadina is presented as a flat, thin circle and is usually eaten in slices as if it were bread or filled to taste. The filling can be salted with sausages, cheese and vegetables or sweet with jam, honey or chocolate. The piadina has ancient origins, comes from a poor and simple peasant tradition, but over the years it has been able to conquer the tables of all gourmets reaching international fame.

May contain traces of sesame seeds and soya.
