Salame Piacentino DOP Gagliardi (avg. 550g)

Produced using only top quality Italian pork in full respect of PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) process. Made with 85-88% of lean noble pork meat adding only selected fatty parts. The weight is variable between 500gr and 800gr with a coarse grind. Its slices are compact and homogenous, reddish, with some pinkish white parts. with a sweet and distinctive aroma. sweet and delicate flavour.
