Caserecce are a typical egg pasta of Puglia, which is shaped into two-inch-long thin twists, it is best served with chunky sauces.
The shape is an Italian take on the Arabic "pasta busiata", where a thin plant reed, the "bus", was used to wrap up the pasta dough.
We recommend pairing with one of our fresh sauces for a well rounded, nutritious meal with minimal effort but maximum taste.
Our fresh egg pasta is freshly hand made to order for you. You won't find fresher egg pasta anywhere in London!
