Scialatielli pasta is a type of thick and short fettuccine-like pasta whit napolian origin, having originated on the Amalfi coast as a chef's specialty.

We recommend pairing with one of our fresh sauces for a well rounded, nutritious meal with minimal effort but maximum taste.

Our fresh pasta is made to order just a few hours before being delivered. You won't find fresher egg pasta anywhere in London!

Cooking Instructions

Cook in salted, boiling water for 3-4 minutes


Keep refrigerated between 0 and 4 degrees Celsius
