Moscatello Wine Cantuccini Pan Ducale are a traditional italian crunchy cantuccini made with whole wheat flour, almonds, rasins and Moscatello wine. No preservatives.
Cantucci are traditional toasted biscuits that can be enjoyed all year round and are traditionally served to accompany an espresso, a cappuccino or a tea. They can also be enjoyed with Vinsanto and other dessert wines at the end of a meal.
Pan Ducale has produced these biscuits following a traditional family recipe since 1966. They are baked in the shape of a French loaf then cut into thin slices and baked again until golden brown and crunchy.
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, raw cane sugar, pasteurized fresh eggs, almonds, raisins, Moscatello wine, raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate), natural flavourings.
