Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Alce Nero is 10 years aged. It won the category "Four Leaves" (recognised as the highest) with gold label, from the A.I.B. (Italian Balsamic Tasters). Characterised by a high syrupy, this vinegar has a complex and penetrating smell with a typical wooden aroma. Particularly ideal as topping for ice creams, fruit and cheeses. The grapes come exclusively from the following varieties: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta Fortana, Montuni.
