Linguine Gluten Free are a fresh egg pasta characterised by a flat, narrow (about 4mm) and elongated shape. Produced just few hours before the delivery, they are soft, porous and rough - perfect to retain the sauce and enhance its flavour.

Cook in salted, boiling water for 4-5 minutes
