Gnocchi alla Sorrentina



  • Gnocchi 500g

  • Tomato sauce 400g

  • Parmigiano Reggiano 100g

  • mozzarella 2

  • Basil

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Pour a little olive oil on a frying pan, add the garlic and make it brown. and the tomato sauce

  • Add the tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes.

  • In the meantime boil some water, salt it and add the Gnocchi to it. 

  • Cook the gnocchi until aldente, drain them and amalgamate them with the tomato sauce in the frying pan.

  • Place the pasta in a pyrex oven tray and grill them in the oven at 290 degrees for 5 minutes.

  • Serve!!
