Stracchino (avg. 500g)

Stracchino is an Italian cheese made in Lombardy, Piedmont and Veneto. Made from cows milk, it has a very soft texture and creamy flavour. Ideal when spread on toasted breads or even at breakfast time with fresh berries and toast.

Historically this cheese was made using milk from tired cows grazing up and down alpine pastures - this milk is known to be richer in fats, lending itself perfectly to Stracchino's flavours.
