Chop the rocket salad. In a bowl, mix the robiola and rocket salad. Brush each slice of bresaola with oil. Distribute a spoonful of the rocket salad mixture on each slice of bresaola, then flavor it with two-three drops of lemon and a pinch of salt. Roll the bresaola up to form rolls, "tie" them without tightening them too much with a thread of chives. Your involtini of bresaola is ready to be enjoyed!
