Dolcetto is traditionally the table wine of the Piedmont region. It generally is a full-bodied and harmonious dry red that is pleasantly bitter and has moderate acidity. This cheese jelly is well suited to be paired with aged and semi-aged cheeses. It is also great with goats cheeses like our Brunet and Caprino.
The Prunotto Mariangela organic farm is based in Alba, the capital of the hilly area of Langhe. It has been growing its own fruits and vegetables for over 20 years using organic methods that respect both nature and the consumer.
