Ingredients:
- 400g Mascarpone
- 3 Eggs
- 6 Tablespoons of sugar
- Cocoa powder to taste
Preparation:
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Whip the egg whites until stiff.
- In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is thick and frothy. Add the mascarpone to the yolks and mix well.
- Finally, gently add the stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Leave the mascarpone cream in the fridge for about 1 hour before serving.
- You can sprinkle the cream with bitter cocoa powder.
- The mascarpone cream is ready to be enjoyed!
