Pan Di Stelle Cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 600g of Pan Di Stelle
  • 600g of Nutella
  • 500g of double cream
  • 50g of icing sugar
  • 100ml of milk
  • 1 espresso coffee
  • 50g of cacao powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Whip the double cream together with the icing sugar until it is quite firm then keep it in the fridge.
  • Pour the espresso coffee in the milk.
  • Soak the Pan Di Stelle biscuits for 2 seconds in the milk and then place the biscuits inside a cake tin to create a base of biscuits.
  • Warm up half of the Nutella in the microwave and pour it on top of the biscuits.
  • Flatten the surface and put a layer of whipped cream on it.
  • Repeat the steps listed above, placing the biscuits on the cream, then the Nutella and again the cream.
  • Put some cocoa powder on the surface and 4 Pan di Stelle biscuits for decoration.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
