In a bowl, mix the minced beef, the egg, a few tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, and some freshly chopped rosemary. Crumble in the slices of bread after they have been lightly soaked in water. Add in salt and pepper and mix everything well.
Form the meatballs to the size of your liking in the palms of your hands. Proceed until you finish the entire mixture and place the meatballs on a tray with a baking sheet.
In a saucepan, heat up some extra virgin olive oil and the clove of garlic. Add the meatballs and cook for a few minutes until browned. Add a little white wine and once evaporated, cover with a lid, lower the heat, and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
