Panna cotta perfect for any topping.- Designed to easily detach from any type of mold- It has the ideal taste characterization to leave room for the chef to choose the garnish.
For each bag we add: 1l of milk and 1l of cream
1) Boil the milk and cream. 2) Add the contents of 1 bag, mixing with a whisk. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. 3) Pour the panna cotta into the cup cake tins, previously moistened with water. Leave to cool for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Store the ready-to-eat product in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Sugar, food gelatin, starch, gelling agents: xanthan gum, carrageenan; aromas.
