Wholemeal Penne With Rucola & Walnuts Pesto, Pancetta and Stracciatella.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g of wholemeal penne
  • 90g of walnuts
  • 60g of rocket salad
  • 90g of parmesan
  • 100ml of milk
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 140g of pancetta
  • 250g of hand made stracciatella
  • olive oil
  • salt
  •

    INSTRUCTION:

    • Pour a slice of bread on the milk and mix it together with the walnuts, the parmesan and the rocket salad. Add some olive oil and salt.
    • In a frying pan heat the pancetta.
    • In a pan boil some water and cook the wholemeal penne until aldente.
    • When the pancetta is ready, add the rocket and walnuts pesto.
    • Add the pasta, mix together and add the stracciatella.
