500g of wholemeal penne
90g of walnuts
60g of rocket salad
90g of parmesan
100ml of milk
1 slice of bread
140g of pancetta
250g of hand made stracciatella

- Pour a slice of bread on the milk and mix it together with the walnuts, the parmesan and the rocket salad. Add some olive oil and salt.
- In a frying pan heat the pancetta.
- In a pan boil some water and cook the wholemeal penne until aldente.
- When the pancetta is ready, add the rocket and walnuts pesto.
- Add the pasta, mix together and add the stracciatella.
