Sori Bocconi di Bufala Campana DOP (500g)

Bocconi di Bufala are smaller balls of buffalo mozzarella, perfect for salads or antipasti.

Mozzarella is a fresh, handmade cheese, originally from southern Italy, made with buffalo's milk by the 'pasta filata' method. The term is used for several kinds of Italian cheeses that are made using spinning and then cutting hence the name, as the Italian verb mozzare means "to cut".

The history of Sori begins in the earlier ages of the 14th Century when Giuseppe Sorrentino rented a dairy near Battipaglia to share his personal experiences of Mozzarella di Bufala making acquired since the age of 15.

Pack contains approximately 20 balls of 25g each.
