Cake Mousse Chocolate Cameo is a mix to create a creamy dessert with a soft and delicious taste.
Method: Add 175 ml of cold milk. In a bowl pour the cold milk and the contents of the envelope. Stir at low speed, then whisk with electric mixer for 3 minutes at maximum speed. After 2 hours of refrigerator the mousse can be served.
Store the product ready for consumption in the fridge.
Ingredients: chocolate powder 57% (sugar, cocoa), chocolate nuggets 14% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavor, emulsifier: soy lecithin), glucose syrup, low-fat cocoa, coconut oil, food gelatin, emulsifier: lactic esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; cocoa, milk proteins (with lactose), thickener: carrageenan.
