Pecorino Pastore Sardo by CAO Formaggi is a traditional Sardinian semi-cooked sheep’s milk cheese, made with whole local sheep’s milk. Aged for at least 40 days, it features a firm yet slightly soft texture and an intense, well-balanced flavour, typical of Sardinia’s pastoral heritage.
Perfect for enjoying on its own or in the kitchen, it pairs wonderfully with rustic bread, honey, or fruit preserves. Also excellent grated over pasta dishes or served as part of a cheese board.

Pasteurised sheep's milk, salt, rennet, E235 (anti-mould on the rind), E150b (natural colour on the rind).
