Dry red wine Chianti, which is one of the most traditional and weel-known wines of Tuscany, made from Sangiovese with the addittion of Canaiolo Nero. The vineyards are located on the slopes of the Chianti, between Siena and Florence, at an altitude of 350-400 meeters above sea level with a good exposure and a variety of soils (marl, limestone, clay). The grapes are harvested in October and vinified according to the method of production of red wine with maceration, which lasts for 10 days at a controlled temprerature with frequent remontazhem. The wine is bottled after aging in stainless stell vats.
