Our Ricotta is a classic Italian cheese made from cow's milk and is creamy and slightly sweet to taste. It is very high in protein content as it is made from milk whey.

Ricotta is a key ingredient in many Italian desserts such as cheesecakes and cannoli and can even be used within fillings for pasta, in sauces or on top of pizzas.


To enjoy the full flavour of the ricotta, consume on or within a few days of delivery at room temperature. A secret tip from our cheese maker: take the cheese out of the fridge, immerse the sealed container into a tub of 30-40 degree Celsius water and wait until it warms to room temperature. Take the ricotta out of the tub and serve.
