Crespelle are the Italian equivalent of crepes and are generally filled with ricotta and spinach. Formerly known as peasant's food, the change came in 18th century when Henri Carpentier, Maitre d' at Monte Carlo's Cafe de Paris, prepared them at the table for the Prince of Wales, who named them after his lady friend - Crepes Suzette.
We offer you a fresh ricotta and spinach filling, with a bechamel sauce topping.
