Speaking of Falanghina we cannot ignore its relationship with the territory it originates from: Sannio district, its historical home and one of the areas of southern Italy where the vine is cultivated to greater vocation.
Tasting Notes: pale straw yellow color, hints of banana and tropical fruit on the nose, fresh on the palate, alive and dry finish. The beautiful combination of freshness and acidity make it perfect with fish dishes, seafood carpaccio, fresh cheese and typical fried starters from local tradition.
