Vinified in stainless steel at a carefully controlled temperature, this wine is made from hand-picked grapes that are gently pressed with nitrogen and undergo cold maceration for two hours. Fermentation is conducted at a low temperature with specially selected yeasts to produce an alcoholic, non-malolactic wine. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, with regular bâtonnage using special mixers until April/May. The wine is stabilized using a physical, cold process.
Appearance, aroma and tasting note
This wine boasts a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections that catch the eye. Its aromatic profile is marked by fresh white flowers, elderberry, juicy apple, and crisp pear. On the palate, it offers a semi-dry taste that is both warm and refreshing, thanks to the perfectly balanced acidity. The finish is enriched with a pleasant almond aftertaste that lingers on the tongue. This is a must-try wine that perfectly complements seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes.
