Gnocchi Sardi Pasta, Sardinian gnocchi, known in Sardinia as Malloreddus, are undoubtedly the most classic of Sardinian pasta. They have the shape of striped shells of about 2 cm long, they are made of semolina, flour and water. 

Garofalo is the first Pastificio of Gragnano in terms of quantity produced and volume, it aims to keep alive the tradition with the help of modern technology. Gragnano has a legendary artisanal tradition linked to the production of pasta.
