We are proud to say our fresh mozzarella has been awarded 1 Star at the Great Taste Awards 2013.

Our mozzarella is a freshly hand made to order cheese, made with cow's milk using the "pasta filata" method. Mozarella, originally from southern Italy, is made using two famous steps: cutting the curd (hence the name - the Italian verb mozzare means "to cut") and then turning the curd into a filatura consistency.


To enjoy the full flavour of the mozzarella, consume on or within a few days of delivery at room temperature. A secret tip from our cheese maker: take the mozzarella out of the fridge, immerse the sealed container into a tub of 30-40 degree Celsius water and wait until the mozzarella warms to room temperature. Take the mozzarella out of the tub, unseal the container and serve.
