The wine house of Lamberti, established in 1964 at Lazise on the shores of Lake Garda, takes its name from one of the oldest Veronese families to which the famous tower in Verona’s Piazza delle Erbe is dedicated. Bardolino Classico is made from a balanced blend of grapes selected from the classic DOC area on the Verona side of Lake Garda.
Tasting Notes: Bright cherry-red in colour, the nose has a fragrant perfume of cherries, with a hint of violets. On the palate the wine is clean and crisp with an attractive lingering, slightly bitter aftertaste of green almonds and mulberries.
