Classica Montana is the first meat in jelly with an environmental product certification (EPD). Moreover, what distinguishes Montana meat is the Italian production. We select the cuts using only the lean part of the muscle, which is cooked sliced and packaged with the addition of the gelatine obtained from its natural broth. The meat in Montana jelly is a low-fat product (only 1.2% of fat) and is Gluten Free.
