Cantucci are traditional toasted biscuits that can be enjoyed all year round and are traditionally served to accompany an espresso, a cappuccino or a tea. They can also be enjoyed with Vinsanto and other dessert wines at the end of a meal.
Pan Ducale has produced these biscuits following a traditional family recipe since 1966. They are baked in the shape of a French loaf then cut into thin slices and baked again until golden brown and crunchy.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, almonds (20%), pasteurized freah eggs, butter (cow's milk), honey, salt, raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate), natural flavourings.
