Salame Ungherese (avg. 250g)

Salame Ungherese is an Italian take on the traditional paprika-flavoured Hungarian salami. Its aroma and taste are strongly characterised by it's fine texture and are a result of traditional smoking methods: the salami is smoked using ovens with different types of mountain wood to convey a unique mildness and roundness to the flavour of the meat.
