How to use
Turn on the oven at 230/250 ° C. Mix the pizza mixture in a bowl with two tablespoons of oil and 130 cc of cold water. (the bag of the mixture serves as a measuring cup). Work the dough and spread it on the pan greased with 2 tablespoons of oil. Pour the fine Polpabella tomato pulp into a deep dish, a pinch of salt (about 1 g) and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix well before spreading on the pizza and sprinkle with oregano. Place in the oven at half height and cook for about 20 minutes.
