Trevalli mixed cheese with porcini mushrooms is a fresh product with a creamy texture, slight eye formation and medium maturity, made from 100% Italian cow's and sheep's milk.
The flavoured caciottes are excellent table cheeses and are often eaten when cut, accompanied by a good slice of homemade bread or the typical "crescia" of the Marche region. They are used to flavour fresh salads and as a condiment for baked pasta dishes. They are accompanied by richly flavoured but delicate white wines.
Pasteurised cow's milk, pasteurised sheep's milk, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and its group) min. 0,7 %, salt, rennet, selected yeasts, flavourings. Milk origin: Italy. Preservative free, edible rind.
