This is a fresh mixed cheese, with a creamy texture, flavoured with truffles and made from 100% Italian cow's and sheep's milk.
Aromatised caciottes are excellent table cheeses and are often eaten by the slice, accompanied by a good slice of homemade bread or the typical Marche "crescia". They are used to flavour fresh salads and as a condiment for baked pasta dishes. They are accompanied by richly flavoured but delicate white wines.
