Trevalli cheese walnuts mushrooms is a fresh cheese with creamy texture, slight eye formation and short maturation, edible rind. The flavouring of the cheese with walnuts is one of the most anchored traditions of our territory. Made from 100% Italian cow's and sheep's milk.
The flavoured caciottes are excellent table cheeses and are often tasted when cut, accompanied by a good slice of homemade bread or the typical "crescia" of the Marche region. They are used to flavour fresh salads and as a condiment for baked pasta dishes. They are accompanied by richly flavoured but delicate white wines.
