A fermented, cured, smoked sausage, which may be eaten without cooking. Its distinctive smokiness and deep red colour is obtained from dried, smoked, red peppers. May be used as a pizza topping.
Use within 2 days of opening. Packed in a protective atmosphere. Keep refrigerated at 1-5°C to be consumed after cooking.
