Lasagne originated in the Emilia-Romagna region of north central Italy. Originally made by the Romans, these flat sheets of pasta were called laganum which came from "lasanum", the Latin word for pot. It was much later before the term lasagne became synonymous with the wonderful layered pasta dish we all know and love.
We recommend pairing our whole fresh lasagne sheets with one of our fresh sauces for a well rounded, nutritious meal with minimal effort but maximum taste.
Our fresh pasta is freshly hand made to order for you. You won't find fresher pasta anywhere in London!
