Lumaconi are shaped like a snail shell, they indeed take their name from their shape.
They are prepared with durum wheat semolina, 00 soft wheat flour and pasteurised eggs.
Their origin can be traced to the Campania and Liguria regions.

We recommend pairing with one of our fresh sauces for a well rounded, nutritious meal with minimal effort but maximum taste.

Cooking Instructions
