To enjoy the full flavour of the Smoked Mozzarella, consume on or within a few days of delivery at room temperature. A secret tip from our cheese maker: take the Smoked Mozzarella out of the fridge, immerse the sealed container into a tub of 30-40 degree Celsius water and wait until the Smoked Mozzarella warms to room temperature. Take the Smoked Mozzarella out of the tub, unseal the container and serve.
