Home Deliveries (Retail)
For retail customers, a delivery fee is charged based on a combination of the basket value, the delivery postcode and the delivery service selected.
There are no extra charges based on weight or number of parcels delivered.
As part of the checkout pages, delivery service options will be presented to you.
Delivery options start at £5.95 for nationwide standard delivery, including Next Day Delivery. Free delivery is available for most postcodes when you spend £70.
The minimum order amount for retail customers is £20.
You will not be allowed to proceed to checkout from the shopping basket if your order value is below this.
You may notice a speedy van icon on some product pages alongside the message “Next Day Delivery Available.”
This means the item is held in stock and available for Next Day delivery services.
Depending on your postcode, and availability this may mean:
- Next-day delivery
- The earliest available delivery slot
How it works
If your basket contains only products marked with the speedy green van icon, we’ll show you the earliest delivery options available at checkout.
Some products — particularly fresh items prepared to order — may require additional preparation time. If these items are included in your basket, your delivery options may be adjusted accordingly.
We deliver throughout England, Wales, and Scotland.
This includes the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
Once you have entered your delivery postcode, you will be able to select a delivery date either in the shopping basket or at checkout.
We will deliver your order via one of our delivery partners.
For the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands this is Parcelforce.
For all other destinations this is either DHL or DPD.
Some customers may also be presented with options from Quiver.
We reserve the right to use alternative couriers as required.
Some items can't be delivered by courier, because they are too fragile or too heavy.
In collections, you can see products that can be delivered to your home by selecting the "Available for Home Delivery" filter.
In addition, products that require to be stored at low temperatures can't be delivered to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
This is because our courier delivery lead times make it impossible for us to guarantee product freshness on arrival.
For these postcodes, you may be asked to remove certain fresh products from your basket before being able to checkout.
You can add optional delivery instructions in the shopping basket.
We will pass on your delivery instructions to our couriers.
Trade Deliveries (Wholesale)
You need to be logged into an activated wholesale account in order to see our wholesale prices and place orders.
The minimum order amount for wholesale customers is £150.
You will not be allowed to proceed to checkout from the shopping basket if your order value is below this.
Wholesale orders are not charged a delivery fee.
As a wholesale customer you will not be be provided with a choice of delivery date in the shopping basket.
Instead, when you set up a wholesale account with us we will agree with you a delivery schedule that is based on your location.
We will be able to reach you on certain days of the week only.
There are no restricted items for our wholesale customers.
You can add optional delivery instructions in the shopping basket.
We will pass on your delivery instructions to our drivers.
Click & Collect
Click & collect is offered free of charge.
There is no minimum order amount for click & collect.
The service allows you to pick up your order from our offices at 72-98 Blundell Street, N7 9BL, London.
Call us or ring the door when you arrive and a member of staff will come out to meet you.
You will be able to select Click & Collect as an option, along with a preferred collection date, in the shopping basket.
Collection days and times are Tue-Fri between 11am to 1pm and 2pm
to 4pm. If you need to collect your items outside this time, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
There are no restricted items for click & collect.
