Ichnusa beer: an unfiltered, low fermentation beer, 100% pure barley malt, full-bodied and balanced with a sweet taste that recalls, even in the shape of the bottle, the wild and pure spirit of Sardinia. What makes this beer unique is the absence of filtration, in fact at the end of the process it is left to decant naturally inside the vats. A traditional beer in which the hops are thrown by hand as in the past, for an unmistakable aroma.
